All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, and always within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
Shipping pricing for products varies due to the varying size and weights of the items and will be calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all of our products domestically within the UK using 2-day shipping with tracking to provide assurances with your delivery.
We use a combination of couriers to ship products internationally. With shipping times quoted around 3-8 days shipping times to Europe and 5-12 days to the Rest of the World; however, you should allow a little extra time for items to be processed through customs. I tend to use DPD for international shipping, as they use electronic paperwork for customs, and this seems to speed up delivery.
Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Daft Disco is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. As stated, customs clearance for international shipments can add unavoidable delays your delivery, so please allow for this when ordering.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days (domestically) or 14 days (internationally) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
